Is this vegan or vegetarian?

I've just checked Nature's way website and it states the Alive multivitamins are vegetarian.

why does this contain iron? women in the menopause and over 50 are not suppose to take extra iron??

I’m 56 and constantly borderline anaemic at each of my annual spring full blood counts, and this is despite my very early menopause completed by age 43 and no menstrual concerns affecting me, so I’m okay taking these particular version of the Alive! Women’s 50+ multi vit/min supplement which include Iron, I actually prefer the Alive! ULTRA Women’s 50+ which DO NOT contain Iron for those who are pointedly wishing to avoid its inclusion (and in-spite of this version being a couple of £s more expensive and me also personally needing an additional source of Iron taken separately for my persistent anaemia. These are fantastic vitamins even if the tablets are the size of Elephant medication (or, how you’d imagine their tablet size would be!) and are definitely not the cheapest. If you’re over 50 and want zero Iron look to buy the alternative Alive! Ultra Women’s 50+ Wholefood Plus option. 👍🏻

Do these contain gluten or soya?

Just checked this product is free from gluten, dairy and soya and artificial colours. I have been using now for over a year and find it a good product

Product states tablet size 2 grams. Does anyone know if they are large or really small size tablets.

I've been taking these for a few years and definitely feel better, the tablets are quite large but easy to swallow, I've just measured one and it's approx 2cm long, hope this helps.
