Sizes small to 3XL?? - Really, really useful detail ... !?!!

I believe that with each size they also provide sizes in inches. I ordered mine based on my inch size. S 28"-30", M 32"-34", L 36"-38", XL 40"-42", XXL 44"-46", 3XL 48"-50", 4XL 52"-54. If you don't know inch then the conversion to metric is easy.

What size would be best for a 31" waist ? Small or Medium ?

I'm a 34" to 36" and went for a large which is just the right size. So I would say a Medium you can cut the belt down but can't add on.

Can anyone tell me what size would fit a 32” waist please?

A medium. I have a waist size which fluctuates between 36 to 38 inches. I take a large.
