So basically I was suffering from constant flares and I could not work, had to take steroids and anesthesias to deal with it. Changed my diet for an anti-inflammatory diet and I took probiotics, vitamin D and this product alongside, all natural. I've been using turmeric for a while now but purchasing from a certain well known high street health store. I use it not only for myself but also for our three dogs. I take it because of the medical research that is showing the positive effects it can have on cancers, and also protection for ageing joints. Two of our dogs have been affected by cancerous growths (one of whom has Cushings disease which is an inoperable tumour in the brain) and both are 11yrs old, so I started them on turmeric on the basis of 'no harm/may help'.I came across Nu U's turmeric when I was price-checking before placing another order. The Nu U turmeric not only had a higher concentration of turmeric (600mg as opposed to 400mg) it also contained the curcumin needed to efficiently absorb the benefits of the turmeric. But for just over £19 I was receiving 365 tablets, as opposed to paying just over £15 and receiving 100 tablets - plus Nu U's turmeric was organic for this price. I ordered thinking 'if it's no good, you live/learn'; but the tablets have been fantastic. Due to the concentration, I split one tablet between my two dogs putting the loose turmeric onto a piece of chicken - when split the tablet contents are high quality with no caking agents. This is going to be my choice of turmeric supplement from now on, and I'll be checking out the rest of the Nu U range too.

As my doctor said it’s personal preference supplements. Rather than taken painkillers I decided to give this a go. I’ve been taking them since September and for me these definitely take away the uncomfortable tingling of pain. I take x2 everyday morning & bedtime.
