Everything was good

ITS BTS.

The outer packaging came damaged, but all of the dvds and photobooks were untouched. I am still a bit disappointed by the quality. If they're going to be selling a damaged product, the price should reflect that.

All corners of the outer box are torn. And the "merchant's gift" of a sticker and photocard set weren't included. Everything else that was supposed to come with the album came though. The bookmark set. Folded poster. Photobook and 3 disks. All here. But I was very interested in seeing the photocard set. The only reason I gave a third star was due to me pulling my bias wrecker. I'll get over the damage, but if you're looking for something in absolute perfect condition I wouldn't recommend this.

Besides the bottom being torn everything else was perfect. The box it came in wasn’t damaged either so they definitely packed it and shipped it knowing it was damaged. Trying to get my money back or get a new one but they make it hard :(

Simplemente hermoso el álbum, llego en excelentes condiciones, muy contenta con el servicio del vendedor y por supuesto de Amazon. Muy feliz
