Hi, are the 'stress relief' and 'comfort and reassure' rescue remixes two different products, or do they hVe the same formula within please?

Hi. Rescue Remedy by Bach only has the one formula. On the bottle i think it says to comfort and reasure, but it is also useful in times of stress, or something coming up i.e. A driving test, a doctors appointment, an examination, etc, anything that is causing anxiety. In times of particular anxiety you can take it on the tongue every 15 minutes, until this feeling passes. Hope this answers your question

Yes I find it very helpful for mild depression and anxiety. The great thing about it is that it’s so subtle. You just notice after a little while that your mood has improved. I love the stuff!

Is this ok for long term use?

I would say research this on the company website. I use a variety of their products, lozenges, drops, boiled sweets etc. but only as necessary. The drops are in a brandy type base so beware breathing over workmates or family members directly after use... they may think you have a drink problem 😁
