Is this big enough to soak my hair in? My new sink is too small so I need a bucket.

Even though the bucket is rectangular it is quite big and quite deep - deeper than a bowl for instance - I have never tried but I think I could get my head into it, as regards hair mine is very short - good luck I think it should me ok

Is it possible to get the measurements: height and diameter of the bucket?

this bucket is 360 (mm)millimetres long 235mm wide and stands 250mm above the floor thats 360x235x250 these are external dimensions and the bucket has a slight slope top to bottom and from mid point to each end. be warned the handle slips out if not under load

Can you insert a 14" squeegee in this, full length without tilting it ??
