Good mattress but disappointing it arrived folded in half during postage which doesn't really support the sleep safe guidelines of having a flat mattress

Mattress is as described, fits crib fine, and is comfortable.

I can't get through to the seller and I have been charged for 2 of these thin matresses when I only ordered the one and have received one. I am trying to get my money back for the second which may still be on its way but I cant get through to anyone as the status reads delivered!?! My baby is due in 2 days so I don't really have time for this.

The mattress came folded in half which is not in line with safer sleeping guidelines. Very thin and flimsy, would not recommend.
