I needed an additional remote for Virgin 360 because only one official remote can be paired with a box. I’d used 2 remotes previously with V6 box. I researched and found this for a reasonable price. It was very easy to pair with the box and my LG TV. It took five minutes. It worked well but didn’t pause live TV. I sent an email to customer support who responded to both emails. They provided the code to use for pausing live TV on cable so I’m very happy now. I’d recommend this remote there’s no need to spend more if you want to control two devices.

Great item

Bought for my mother to operate an old Polaroid Freeview box because the original controller failed. It worked fine for her old Bush CRT TV but I couldn't pair it with the Freeview box. This is not a fault with the controller (who has ever heard of Polaroid making anything other than cameras?), it was a shot in the dark I was just hoping there might be a chance of pairing them, if it had worked it would have saved a few £'s. I found it simple to connect to the TV once I got my head round the instructions and it was very easy to use the 'search' function to try to pair it with the digibox. Unfortunately and not surprisingly it wouldn't work with this very obscure model. Amazon were fully cooperative with a return and refund, thanks Amazon !

It works, I recently found an old BEKO crt TV without a remote. So I decided to buy this bad boy. And yes it works, it is super easy to use if have one of the big brand TVs but to get it working with that beko TV all I had to do is use the magic feature and after few clicks it worked. There is a list of code for almost any brand inculded in the booklet. I kind of wish it would tell me the code for my TV so I can simple switch between TV just by entering a code but the fact that it worked on an old and uncommon TV makes me happy.

Control great for basic functions, but no option for using pause, ffwd and rewind on SKY planner and Smart channels, ie. Amazon Prime and Netflix. Had to return.

There are a few websites that list the codes for most devices. Research them before purchase. My original remote had important buttons that no longer worked. Took 10 seconds to find the code for Viewsonic in the TV section of the manual and enter it. Excellent well made remote.

As above. Easy to set up. Only fault was the instructions come in every language possible. To much waste paper. 2 mins to set up and half a tree chopped down. There should be a link to the site on the box to save the tree.

The product description says "Guaranteed to work with all brands" - I couldn't get it to work with our Manhattan T3-R Freeview STB and submitted a suport request via the One For All website (after going round in circles several times as the FAQs/self help support wouldn't give me a direct link to support, despite telling me that I needed to contact support). The reply from support suggested I upgrade to a different model - costing twice as much - or send my remote to them for upgrade/reprogramming. As I needed the remote urgently, was not prepared to wait and managed to source a replacement Manhattan remote with next day delivery... This arrived before I got the email reply from One For All. Great service from Amazon - refunded as soon as the remote had been received by their courier - but One For All need to update their product descriptions as they clearly do not work with all brands/models. They also need to make their website more user friendly to make submitting support requests easier and more transparent (but of course, they won't do this as that would just encourage more support calls).

Perfecto. Yo la uso con una LG con unos años ya, y va sin problemas. Usa cuatro pilas AAA. La única función bdel mando original que no trae es la de "quick menú", para cambiar rápidamente los ajustes más usados (subtítulos, idioma, modo de imagen, ...), pero eso en mi caso particular. Es más largo que el mando de la LG, llegando a los 22cm, y más pesado.

De plus l installation et la connexion est très simple et facile il suffit de lire le mode d emploi en français sur la notice, oui oui j ai bien dit il y a un mode d emploi en français sur la notice (contrairement à ce que j ai pu voir dans les commentaires) de la page 14 a 16 de la notice. Vous pouvez connecter cette télécommande a une télé, un SAT, un CBL, un LASER, un DVD. Je serai fort étonnée que vous ne puissiez pas connecter votre télé a cette télécommande. De plus vous pouvez connecter 2 appareils a cette télécommande, 1 TV et votre box. De plus le rapport qualité prix est bon. Si vous avez trouvé mon avis utile mettez un pouce svp, merci.

Die Fernbedienung ist gut verarbeitet. Es liegt eine gut verständliche Bedienungsanleitung bei. Die Einrichtung dauerte etwa 20 Minuten und die Geräte ließen sich bedienen. Einzig das gemeinsame Ein- und Ausschalten beider Geräte klappt nicht. Das ist mir aber nicht so wichtig.
