This does that it’s quite hard and sturdy, I can walk and stand on it so you don’t have to worry about breaking or bending it.It really releases pressure on the spine. Would recommend you YouTube how to do exercises as simply rolling this on your back is not recommended.I bought this over a year ago and recommend it to everyone

Suffered from calf muscle strain when I'm running however received this roller a few days and have used it a couple of times before and after my runs and is brilliant have not had a strain!. The product is a good solid heavy roller and does not collapse like some foam rollers. Really good quality and its great that you get an easy to follow manual with it. Really worth the full price however I got it at a discount which is even better. Well packaged and delivery was quick and on time. Seller kept me informed of tracking and your manual gets emailed to you. Would highly recommend this product and seller!

After using it I can say it's a great product. It's very solid and with the different bits of foam it allows for a very deep massage. It's best for the bigger muscles. It can be used for smaller muscles but it takes some getting used to as it digs quite deep. I also thought that it could be longer, but doing this might've made it less strong so I'm not sure. Still though for £10 including an ebook and poster (really useful) its great value for money. I can use this product alongside a longer, softer roller to get a full body massage. I like the product as it really hits the muscles, and helps you loosen up when you are tense. I love doing the exercises and show other people too. Overall for a family business you are doing well and it's definitely a product I would recommend.

Unfussy and great- does what it says on the tin. As a marathon runner (albeit a very slow one) my legs are often quite stiff after a run, and this roller has proved very effective, particularly on my IT band, calves and quads. I have pretty rubbish hamstrings and this helps protect them from injury and soreness, so definitely recommended. Not the lightest, but I guess there is a trade-off between strength and weight, and being over 14 stone I went for the strong one. Might be worth looking at this if you are only going to use at home (as we do), but a lighter one would go in a suitcase better and you could always stuff it with clothes so you don;t lose much capacity. It's only fair to warn you about the pain though - if it doesn't hurt, you're not rolling in the right place! Definitely worth getting a personal trainer to show you how to use it. Definitely recommended.

Arrived today. Seems well put together. Good quality materials. Does what you'd expect. I weigh 95kg and it feels like it has plenty of resistance. Happy with my purchase. Also, at less than £10.00 you can't go wrong. I was at the point of changing my bed and car because I thought they were making my back worse. So far, one day in, my back feels ten times better.

Not 100% sold on this, I have a big background in using rollers. The individual sections on it are good, however, the issue is that when you transfer from the "finger" pressure zone to the solid part it really does put a lot more strain through your back etc. Its much better in my view just to buy two rollers I think if you are after the two features as it is much more usable then.

This is a well priced foam roller, packaged and dispatched efficiently and its design is one that works very well.What makes this one stand out over the others are the included A3 poster which illustrates both massage methods and exercises and also the eBook which was sent very quickly and goes into more detail for each massage/exercise.When I first opened it I did think it looked small, but it is actually a very good size. My last roller was far too big and cumbersome, this one can be used and stored easily.I have given this 5 stars as it simply does exactly what it is supposed to do, was posted quickly and the ebook was emailed straight away. There is nothing that would make me drop the rating.

I enjoy using rollers of various kinds as a fan of crossfit and other HIT style exercise recovery means everything. This is a pretty good quality roller. PRO's: Its compact, easy to use and at the harder end of rollers I've used (a good thing in my opinion). CON's: None really. I like a longer roller but the downside of the longer ones is they wont fit in your gym bag...the good thing about these shorter ones is portability. You can take it to the office / to the gym etc etc. I received this roller at a discount for my honest review - I think it's good value and does a great job
