It's not perfect actually 1 capsule contains 1400mg L-Glutamine and recommended is 5g daily 120 capsules will vanish so fast to hit that 5g cap per day that you will think why didn't I just get the unflavoured L-Glutamine 1kg for £20 which will last you ages for less. 1kg is 200 days worth of 5g of L-Glutamine this 120 capsules is so weak for 1 to get the 5g hit is 4 capsules a day and that hits 5600mg lets say 4 per day last you only 30 days double the price right now £13 for 120 capsules £26 for 60 days worth still not even half as good as the 1kg for around 20 quid lol just some basic math will put you on the right path.
