This product is wonderful. Taking it daily gives me so much energy.

I have experimented with other brands and strength of COQ10 products in the past year. Liposomal COQ10 outperforms all others. I have been using statins for lipid control for several years, and my legs have paid the price because of the "theft" of the enzyme. These supplements replace the lost COQ10 enzyme, and my legs are no longer sore, weak, and painful. This is a great product!

It's always so hard to rate supplements because it's hard to tell if they work. I have Chronic Leukocytosis (chronic abnormally high white count, and a few other things "off" in my bloodwork, too, like high Neutrophils). Over the last 10 years, my white count hadn't been under 14,400 (and that was only once), running an average of 16 to 24k. It came down to 12,900 a month or 2 after I started taking this. I couldn't get any of this product, and had to use a different, lesser brand, for a couple months, and it went back up to 16k. I got more of this and it's back down, now at 11,600, which is almost to the normal range. The main/biggest thing that changed during that time was this supplement, so I have to believe it's actually doing something. I don't know what or how because no doctor has been able to figure out WHY I'm having Hematologic issues, but it does seem to be doing *something positive*.

I have been trying to TTC for quite sometime. Many people recommend 600mg Coq10 for egg health. So I started it . Almost after 3-4 days I started noticing my hair falling quite a lot. My hair normally don't fall so I know it was a weird sign.I test my hormones with fertility monitor and noticed that my estrogen was getting lower.Has anyone noticed the same effect with 600 mg coq10??I have no problem with the brand I m sure it must be good but what's up with Coq10 effecting estrogen levels !
