Why have I only found this now?!?
Brought this about a month ago as I managed to lose the case included with my powerbeats 2, its definately made a huge improvement to my use of the beats. The case is built pretty solid and the battery inside is reasonably large so you should be able to fully recharge your headphones a good number of times, theres a 4 LED battery indicator inside so you can see how close you are to needing to recharge the case.Advantages:Solid hard shell case, protects headphones from drops or getting squished in a bag,As long as I remember to charge the case ever so often my powerbeats never run out of charge,Fairly large battery, only have to charge a few times a month,Small padded zip pocket inside to store extra eartips, cables or other small things,Attatched carabiner to clip case to bag,Padded insides to keep headphones safe,Disadvantages:Quite large, you'd struggle to get this in a pocket or a small bag,The charging cable inside you plug the headphones into is quite short so it can be difficult to plug them in sometimes,Non-detatable micro USB cable inside means if you did ever get headphones that required another port (USB C) to charge, the case beomes useless,Definanetly prefer this case to what came with the beats, whilst I loved the original case for its small form factor (And of course the beats branding), this is much more practical for wireless headphones that need recharging pretty often.

Excellent Protection - Multiple Charges
From the practical point of view this is an excellent storage case for your USB charged headphones. From the aesthetic and size point of view it missed the mark a tad. Looks slightly bulky and it is. You are not going to find it easy to stick this into your pocket or handbag that's for sure. And the battery can't be blamed because that section isn't that big. However, for the purpose of what I want it's excellent. It is very padded and quite solid feeling so my Bose Bluetooth earbuds are well protected - and given the price that is a welcoming thought. And of course it can recharge your gear too. This is useful for a gym monkey such as myself who uses the headphones and once in a while forgets to charge them up. Now I can make sure I have enough tunes to keep me occupied in the fruitless pursuit of holding time at bay.I have Bose Soundsport headphones (good but not brilliant) and I can charge them up three times fully from near death. I guess the Bose headphones have a currently fairly normal power drag relative to similar brands so that should mean most will get between two and three charges out of the battery before it carks it.You charge it up using any USB charger you have at home. You don't get one provided but you do get a USB cable for that purpose. You can chuck it into the draw with the other million you will have acquired over the last few years...For me I'd say this is an essential for a regular rechargeable earphone set. Just a tad bulky and could have been slimmed down a bit.

It's an "OK" from me.
I decided to hold off writing this review straight away as I had a few teething problems initially with this case. When charging the case itself, it would only go to 3/4 bars and not fully charge. Having left it to charge for a very long time, it eventually fully charged and now seems to do this fine. The case itself is well built, simple and good looking. The depth is shallow to keep the size down and the hard outer offers great protection. The width and length of the case is quite large and could quite easily be reduced and have the storage ontop of the battery as opposed to a seperate compartment.Overall it isn't huge but it's larger than I'd like it to be. You couldn't fit this in a pocket really, it's too big so a bag, such as a backpack or handbag, is required. Mine lives in the inner pocket of my gym bag and previously I had my Bose SoundSport Wireless headphones, Pump in ear wired headphones, NZT truly wireless headphones and FIIO external amp in there. Now I can only have this case and one other in there as it takes up well over 75% of the space of the pocket. It works well, charges your headphones quickly and has multiple headphone charges per case charge. The cable itself is a micro USB which is ideal for my Bose SoundSport Wireless headphones, but the biggest drawback for me is infact the cable. It's very short and fixed into the body of the case. Therefore if you ever damaged this cable, the whole case is redundant. I also find that the orientation of the connector is backwards for my Bose SoundSport Wireless. I have to twist the cable to get the connector the right way round (micro USB is NOT reversible) and this twists the cable and makes me a bit nervous it will get damaged. Coupled with the cable being short and twisted, it makes plugging the headphones in a bit difficult. Due to the twist, if I let go while trying to navigate the short cable into the stiff socket, it twists straight and I have to start again. Not a huge issue but it can be frustrating when trying to just throw the headphones into the case.It isn't a deal breaker but for someone with reduced dexterity in their fingers it could be a problem. I am young and I find it fiddly so older men and women would struggle.Overall its a good case and a great idea, it could just be executed a little better. It is a shame there aren't many other cases in the market because that narrows down having to use this one or the bigger brother S50 of you need a charging case. All in all "its an "OK" from me" I'm not unhappy but I'm not excited to show people how great it is.

Love this - good solid case that keeps my headphones always charged
Love this. I still wish the iPhone had a headphone port but this has made moving to Bluetooth headphones much easier. The case is a good size and nice and solid. The internal battery seems to be enough to charge my headphones for nearly a week. I was previously looking at a similar case for about £40 but I'm really glad I went for this instead. I can't see how the more expensive one could work any better than this.
