I bought these to drink in the gym for heavy weightlifting sessions.I have to admit these seem to work pretty well, I do feel more hydrated in the gym since using them.The taste is quite medicinal. It pretty much tastes like lemsip blackcurrant, except it doesn't leave that sticky taste on your tongue. It actually feels quite refreshing despite the taste being a bit medicinal.One thing to note is that you are supposed to put two of these tablets into your drink, so even though it looks like really good value initially, there's actually only 12 doses, not 24. So it's comparable to nuun in price, maybe a little cheaper.I uploaded a photo of the nutritional info, as at the time I bought them, I couldn't find it anywhere. It's notable that the tablets lack any magnesium, which is a bit of an oversight in my opinion.

Great to put in my handbag on hot days to keep myself and kids hydrated, not the greatest taste but does give me energy once drunk, just drop 2 into a bottle of water and go, love the handy tube to take on the go

These are nice and I think rehydrate you, but we are on our second pack and they all take forever dissolve which is annoying. You have to start crushing them with spoons etc or you would have to go back to it the next day to drink it.So as long as you don’t mind spending 5 mins crushing it, they taste nice and I think they help wiry rehydration as well haven’t really had the hangovers.

Stopped night leg cramps

Bought these for our Disney world Florida (in June!!) holiday. Myself and my two teenagers were slogging in the humidity and heat like Olaf in a bonfire. It was important to me that we were prepared, two weeks in the that heat is not for the weak. Alongside some liquid IV (expensiiiiive) I got these. You pop off the cap and use two tablets in your water, I always gave it a good shake because it can take a minute to crumble away and mix in with the water. Taste wise, no issues here. They definitely kept us hydrated and I didn’t really see a difference between using these ones and the more expensive brands. Exactly what it says it does. Easy to use, you get more in them than other brands (although divide it by two to get the servings) and they aren’t in little packets that you have to throw away - hurrah for less trash in the environment. I bought some when I came home for general use too.
