Provides extra energy at times. I've only been using for a few weeks. Over the long term i'm sure i'll experience full benefits as the body needs time to configure or even process the nutrients from the barley grass substance. Baring in mind though, our anatomy's enzyme will need to process this before the digestion process takes place.Generally, the enzymes and the molecules all have a role to play when the body ingests substances the body is not use to. It's not a quick fix. Many people in general have not been enlightened by the awareness of organic and health products such as these and so will need to allow nature to take it's course. I'm not seeing all the benefits I desire but I'm anticipating further results, other than just renewed energy.These type of products do project a revolutionary change and this comes with a process. I'm willing to wait for these changes to emerge; and all the reviews I read prior to purchasing this product was enough to convince me that this is the real deal. Having a knowledge of barley grass' benefits is one thing and to read of customer's testimony is another; which certainly confirms the beneficial claims of Barley Grass. I fully endorse this product!

Decided to give this a try after hearing how great it claimed to be for skin, general health, etc, and the reasonable price on Amazon. I love a good gimmick! I've been adding one teaspoon to a glass of water morning and evening. It tastes pretty much like manky grass and I recommend you drink through a straw to avoid contact with the taste-buds where possible! I thought it was all a load of rubbish and was ready to throw in the towel and then all of a sudden my usual problem skin cleared up and started to look really rather lovely (it's taken about 6 weeks). When everyone in the house was ill with a pretty bad cold, I managed to get away with one day of a sniffly nose. I think that's a pretty good result seeing as I've been pretty prone to colds and general other irritating ailments since having glandular fever a couple of years back. For that reason, it gets 5 stars. Well worth a try.

A good quality product. I find any barley grass flavour a bit strong for my taste but as I don't use much per serving it doesn't matter

I was looking for a green powder to add to home made veg and fruit juices. I had tried spirulina and blue green algae a few years ago, so thought I would give barleygrass a try this time. This is expensive but all good organic green powders are. I found the taste very nice, even on its own. Obviously it is hard to quantify but I did feel it added something to my juices and I did get quite a few compliments on my glowing skin during the 3 weeks I was using it daily.

Was told to add to my shakes, found the tatse pleasant, used mainly in banana based smoothies
