I have always wanted to have a blackboard wall in my kitchen, where I could write down recipes, grocery lists, reminders and messages for my family. Fantastic stuff! Looked for all kinds of black wood paint that didn't need a primer - this dries in no time, so you can put a few coats on in a short period. Also used it to paint some christmas baubles and a ceramic plant pot. Best value by far too. Would def recommend.

A blackboard that child has had for years, needed refreshing and this paint did the trick. Child is 10years and applied the paint herself. Dried quickly and result was good. Not 5 stars as not yet sure if there will be any problems over time.Also enough paint to cover board my times over, will last for years I should think

Used this on a Kitchen blackboard which needed treatment. Wasn't sure how this would turn out as I had no experience of using such. Gave my blackboard two coats as suggested. Covers well, it's easy to apply and dries quickly. The blackboard is now like new and the chalk writes on it better than before. Win win.

Good paint.

Seems thin but covers very well. When cured it is easy to use with chalk or chalk markers and is easy to clean off. Have used it on kitchen cupboards to create a blackboard and on glass jars to make changeable labels.

Haven’t tried chalking on it yet, but I applied with a brush and pleased how smooth its dried. I was expecting brush marks. Dries pretty quick, no real smell, and a little goes a long way. I only bought a small can but likely to last forever however many projects I do 👍
