Fitted easily - once I could see how. Machine is up and running again!

Super quality and price
Parts look good in terms of quality. Very reasonable price. Actually they are very well made - if the plastic wasn't a very slight different colour, I wouldn't have been able to tell the ones I replaced. In the end, I decided to replace all 3 at one time (1 was totally broken, the 2nd and 3rd loose on one side).No difficulty fitting, but there is definitely a knack. Worth having a torch to hand.First you Need to check the metal tabs underneath are generally flat, then make sure all plastic tabs line up with the slots. The centre tab should be slightly raised but I don't think too much.Don't try pushing to lock in, UNTIL the paddles are flush with the drum surface (I.e. the plastic tabs should be in the slots). This took a bit of wiggling, and turning the paddles around may help. - once they are all flush, steady gentle pressure should be all that is needed for them to snap in.Only 4 stars now until a few washes have gone by.Updated to 5 stars - 6 weeks of washing now with no problems!

Great item really easy to fit great value for money as the one's from hotpoint was far more expensive. Also I found these to be better that the ones that came in machine

Don't bother with these, buy genuine parts. You'll save in the long run
It's a really stupid design for a washing machine to have plastic paddles but that's another story. Purchased a set of these and after one wash two of them broke, ordered another set (thinking it was how I had fitting them that was the issue). This time I got a service engineer friend of mine to make sure they were correctly fitted. Again, one of them broke after one wash and the rest after the next wash. They are completely and utterly useless, the lugs seem to be made of a very weak plastic that just hasn't got the strength to stand up to a load of washing tumbling about.Don't bother spending money on these, invest the extra few quid on getting genuine parts.

Does the job
Falls off easily so you do need to reattach quite often. Easy to do.
