Beneficial and powerful and natural
This works. It is natural unlike a synthetic supplement, this I believe permits the body to utilise it and I find it really works, I feel better, I can see and feel the difference and my husband loves it also!

Strong B complex
This is probably one of the best B complex vitamins available. This is essentially a 'clean' product (free from fillers, animal products and other usless chemicals). Contains strong concentrations of B vitamins in their most bioavailable forms. Really helps especially during stressful times.

Natural ingredients
I notice when I don’t take it as I have less energy mental and physical. Of course this would be the case even if I had been taking another brand but the ingredients in Terra Nova are from plant sources and there is a lot of ingredients. Worth a read of the label. For this reason I only take this brand and have been taking their vit b complex for years.The noticeable result is better energy.

Contains Ashwagandha
Terranova is a well-respected brand and I use several of their supplements. However, l cannot use these as they contain Ashwagandha, which belongs to the nightshade family. It should only be taken for limited periods of time, with breaks in between. As I need to take Vitamin B regularly I have had to change to a different brand.

Very happy with quality
Love this brand; always had a sensitive stomach and this gives me no problems whatsoever, that's why I've switched some of my supplements to theirs. Also turns your urine florescent colour but that's to be expected when taking B vitamins.
