Amazing!
I have being taking these for over a month now and the difference in my digestion has dramatically changed. I had bloating on a regular basis and tried several products but this is the only one that has worked. Even travelled over xmas with different foods which would normally cause me issues but had two tablets daily and have really helped. Great brand and will continue to task daily! I normally dont put in a review but felt I had to on this occasion if it helps others also! Thank you!

This is helping me a lot!!
Okay, I have discovered that I have a few conditions and I am trying my best to manage them. these are; allergic asthma, diverticular disease, a Hiatal Hernia IBS and alopecia.The GP's help was next to useless really. in my experience, they do the least possible to help and you have to pester them to get that help, I was even told I will have to learn to live with it and prescribed things to reduce stomach acid. I have learnt that reducing stomach acid is probably the worst thing you could do because as we get older, our stomach acid is already reducing and with that comes the inability to break food down properly and absorb the nutrients we need and also when the stomach acid is low the Gastro-oesophageal sphincter Valve- I hope I spelt that correctly will not close properly and that can cause or make a hiatal hernia worse.. So, we have been focusing on Alternative medicine and this is where we are finding help as well as videos on youtube, such as Dr Berg, Dr Axe and various Qi Gong videos, Chinese Doctors, Osteopaths and Reflexologists. These things we are doing are it seems helping us to turn a corner- by us I mean my family but really I am talking about my health, obviously.We are also focusing on the idea that most of the body's health is determined by the health of the Gut. I have experimented with celery juice in the morning on an empty stomach, yuck, but I did it for a while and it seemed to help. Lemon water also in the morning and Apple Cider Vinegar 10-15 mins before every meal- a small amount diluted in water. Do not drink this straight and use a straw to protect your teeth. this is all helped a little but I am still in pain at night- lower left abdomen.I have recently tried this particular product, to see if it helps more than ACV before meals. I feel like it really does!! the first time I took it, my stomach felt very warm after and I was not sure how things would go at night. but I am very happy to say that I had less pain that night than usual. then a few days later, I am not experiencing any discomfort or strange feeling after taking this before my meals.My day routine looks like this now and though I cannot tell anyone to do this, it would be wrong to, if anyone has problems with their gut, this is helping me:AM500-600ml of water mixed with a big teaspoon of 'Love Thy Gut' fibre supplement- an amazing productTake that with 2x Bio-Kult Pro-biotics. another wonderful product, that is helping me a lot.a low dose multivitamin- I am taking Multi-one by SolgarBody Tapping exercise- I recommend the youtube video- (search 'Body Tapping'-Brain Education TV)Before meals- I take 1xBetaine Hydrochloride tablet with a glass of waterAfter my first meal of the day, I tend to eat twice per a day, these days and it feels right for me. but after that first meal, I take 1 x Vogel Milk Thistle Tablet. (Still early days with this, but it feels right)After dinner- a Qi Gong routine for Digestion- youtube. there are lots of videos available.1 hour before bed- 1 x 200mg Magnesium tablet- SolgarBetaine Hydrochloride has been the new addition to the above routine. that came into my day routine and out went Celery juice and ACV. it is helping me and I am feeling better than I have in a long time.I put this all out there, in the hope it might help someone. but I am also not telling anyone to do this...not a Doctor. just sharing what is helping me. Heartburn and omeprazole for years... then this!
I had heartburn for years now, and I'm not even that old. I'm 28 to be exact.I was initially put on a short course of ranitidine 300mg (quite a big dose), and eventually moved onto omeprazole 20mg because my problems weren't subsiding. I eventually had to have a gastroscopy which found nothing but an inflamed stomach... no signs of pathology at all... but I STILL had heartburn.Since omeprazole worked for me, I just thought - sod it, I'll take it since it works. How bad can it be?I started getting constipation about a year or two afterwards while taking omeprazole. Eventually, it developed into nausea, diarrhoea, food intolerances, bloating, gas, increasing allergies, and I started developing worsening moods, depression, suicidal thoughts, increasingly worse heartburn, and vomiting.The heartburn was HORRIFIC! I had tried everything under the sun, avoiding certain foods, coffee, tea, fizzy drinks, milk. NOTHING would sort it. I tried higher doses of omeprazole and had coeliac disease tests... All shown nothing and nothing worked.More recently, I did some research and I came across a study (you can read an article here about it by searching for "Regression of gastroesophageal reflux disease symptoms using dietary supplementation with melatonin, vitamins and aminoacids: comparison with omeprazole") and basically, they said patients who used a combination of supplements had better heartburn control than omeprazole with LESS side effects.Those drugs used in the study where: betaine, melatonin, tryptophan, B12, B6, B9 and methionine. So I went out and bought all of them.I've been taking methionine, B6, B12, B9 and N-acetylcysteine every morning, with this product (betaine) before food, and 10mg of melatonin at night.I haven't taken my omeprazole for a couple of days now, and I should have raging heartburn with the foods I've been eating... but nothing.The only thing I can think of is that my stomach acid production was somehow damaged, probably from NSAID use, and this wasn't acidic enough to close the lower oeosophageal spincter (acid is needed to close this), or that I wasn't producing enough pepsin, which allowed protein into the intestines which further stimulated more acid!I feel great, my skin is much better since starting N-acetylcysteine and all these other supplements have effectively cured nearly every complaint I have had for years. I feel more alive, more happier, better overall...Definitely give these a try if you are suffering like I was.Also, I would highly advise anyone taking this to AVOID NSAID drugs. The increased acidity could potentially give you a nasty ulcer! And they only seem to cause problems like this!

Helps with GERD. Instantly
I lived decades with GERD without knowing what it is. Even after I found out what it is, it wasn’t clear what to do.Luckily I saw dr Berg’s video and followed his advice. I started to take 2 pills with every meal (I only eat once-twice a day) and immediately started to feel better.No more build up in lower throat region which required constant clearing.I wish I found it much earlier. Can’t believe how one thing can improve life’s quality.Now I normally take just one pill and sometimes skip taking it. Highly recommended.
