I only use this brand as it tastes good as well as relieves my dry mouth.

It's was good and left your mouth refreshed. It didn't actually work to get rid ofmy dry moulth

As described would recommend does what it says, very effective, doesn't last for hours just reapply, tried other's they didn't work or had nasty taste. This is the one to get.

Good product

I bought Biotene mouth spray in desperation, to help combat a very dry mouth at night, due to my habit of sleeping with my mouth open. After applying Biotene in the recommended way, it relieved discomfort for about an hour or so. However, by this time, dryness and discomfort had returned so I needed to re-apply at least 4 times per night, with the resulting problems of getting back to sleep. My conclusion is that Biotene is of limited use, very expensive and not good value for money. In comparison, I've just bought a chin strap that prevents my mouth opening during sleep, without any discomfort at all. I've tried it for 3 nights so far and it has worked superbly. I've slept right through the night with no dry mouth and felt great in the morning. A much better buy than Biotene!

Was advised to get this by my dentist for dry mouth. It's definitely helped, not sure how often to use though just says as necessary on the bottle. Handy sized bottle so easy to take in your bag when out and about. Nice strong mint flavour which definitely makes you feel refreshed.

Bought in conjunction with the mouth rinse, as that seemed from other reviews to be a good approach, and not disappointed. The rinse gave me about 3 1/2 hours of sleep without the mouth drying out, and after that 2 sprays during the night, then got up in the end with a nice moist mouth. That's compared to the previous nights of waking up a good 5-6 times to drink more water, which only gives enough time to fall asleep again, but also means waking up more often to go and get rid of all that excess water!Very happy with the spray so far, and fairly confident the first night was not a one-off, in which case this was money very well spent!
