Stylfile S-Ped Foot File and Exfoliator

I bought this as I have the s file which I love and I thought I would love this one just as much. I was wrong, so wrong!This is a good idea in theory but the S-Ped part of this (the metal bit intended to get rid of hard skin) isn't effective in the slightest. The handle does catch (most of) the small shavings of skin but if you happen to move the handle into any sort of slightly downward motion (like when working on your heel) the bits of skin fly out through the metal all over the floor. Yuck. Apart from this it is quite harsh to your skin. If I had used my cheese grater I would have achieved the same effect on my feet and the same amount of skin on my bathroom floor.At least, I thought, I can get use out of the S-file X (the double sided exfoliator). Nope, wrong again. It doesn't even fit properly into the handle to allow me to use it as intended. If I don't use it with the supplied handle it is quite flimsy and again appears to grate my skin rather than smooth it as I had expected it too.I shall be asking for a refund for this product which is a shame as I love the S shaped products for my hands.

I bought this because I'm a fan of the nail files. This is good and I like how the casing catches filings however I would say it is not massively better than any other files I've used - if anything I'd say it's a little narrow. I think it may be a case of over-thinking on something that doesn't really need it.

Oh my goodness! I cannot believe how excellent this little 'gadget' is! If only you had seen my feet before I used it! I was despairing and seriously considered that I was actually suffering from something more serious than just dry feet. The cracks were so deep and painful and peeling the dry skin off was not an option. I used a pumice stone in the shower which only caused more damage and pain. Along come the S-Ped? In 15 minutes, my feet are amazingly soft and smooth.This is a must Christmas Gift for all my female friends.Well done! Really!!

Great little device, didn't fancy the 'cheese grater' type of foot file until I saw this one. I was also attracted to the product as it comes from Tom the inventor of 'The Apprentice '.Really easy to use & very effective, also competitively priced. Handy size to take on holiday.Would definitely recommend.

Arrived quickly. The "sandpaper" file is good for smoothing. But it goes smooth quite quickly. The "grater" is good at getting very hard skin off. It leaves your skin feeling very rough. Hence the other file to smooth it.

Useful...good design...good idea, howeverThe file is very sharp...think a warning rather than the face on front might help to give more info as to its careful handlingI actually used it to grate cheese to see if it worked,,,does on ParmesanThe "emery" type board curve is useful...but not long term use I feel....
