Can I use this product on a cat collar (in order to prevent the cat from removing the collar)

The spray helps to control undesirable cat behaviour like indoor spraying & vertical scratching. It contains cat pheromones which convey a message of security, reassurance and well being and helps cats cope with changes in their environment or other stressful situations. There is a collar available which contains this pheromone. You could try one of these to see if it works, as they are cheaper than the spray. Best regards.

hi, my cats keep scratching the sofa and peeing on our bed, should you buy both the feliaway spray and diffuser?

It depends how frequent their behaviour is. For the diffuser you need to have one on each floor of the house. But with the spray you can target just the problem areas within the house. Having both at first night be a good idea. Cats will go back to the same place to pee if they can smell their scent from the last time even after the area has been cleaned. As well as the feliway I would suggest also buying something like cat off to thoroughly clean the area their peeing in which gets rid of the cats scent. With my cat she was very anxious and scratched and pulled up the carpet. We have both the diffuser and spray which has helped her. But for her scratching we also bought her a scratching pole and placed it next to the furniture/carpet where she kept scratching. Its worked really well.

How do i use feliway

I spray the feliway where one of my cats urinate , this shows her that she does not need to mark it as it is a safe place .I also spray it on my dogs bedding as the cats were urinating on the beds at nightime,now if I come down during the night I find the cats sleeping in the dog beds and I no longer have wet beds in the morning.I also spray the cat carriers about 15 minutes before I put them in now a trip to the vets is less stressful for both of us.

My cat has been unhappy since we adopted a cat who keeps attacking him, will this calm them both down and allow them to live in peace and harmony? TIA

I am curious about how this situation went. My answer would have been to perhaps return the new cat, because that is kind of horrible for the existing cat to have its world upturned by a new ca attacking it. How did it all go?
