Q: Are these gloves washable?

Hi, We do not recommend them washing in a machine. You can soak the item in lukewarm soapy water for 10-15 minutes and then wash them with your hands in regular water. Please do not dry the item in direct sunlight. Regards, B2Fitness

Q: Do these other enough protection to wear without gloves on a punch bag?

Hi, Yes, if you do not wear these under the boxing gloves, even then the gloves give you the best protection. We do not recommend them because these are already padded. You will not be comfortable while using them under boxing gloves. Regards, B2Fitness

Q: I'm a kickboxer and practice against hand pads - are these good enough for that? Or will they fall apart.? Thank you

I think they would stand up to pad work and mma but dont work inside a glove. Not for me anyway. Knuckles apeared bruised when i took them off, have a gel feel to them.

Q: Can i put a boxing glove over this? I want them for the heavy bag but understand these arent enough so can i wear these under Muay Thai gloves?
