Read that cherry extract is good for arthritis and as my partner had fantastic results after suffering gout and taking cherry juice I thought I would give it a go.I have various aches and stiffness due to a mix of age (60) and having suffered traumatic injuries in an RTA as a teenager, which with the help of an osteopath, I just “get on with”.I also stand all day as s hairdresser, and was suffering pain in my hips and lower back.I have to say that I have had great results, within a few days of taking these tablets. I feel so much better! Due to medication I have to take I have been waking every night about 45 minutes after falling asleep, with a very dry mouth, forcing me to take a sip of liquid, and that in turn brings on a trip to the loo. After falling asleep again I then wake again after another 45 minutes and this repeated throughout the night - and has done for years. despite my trying many recommended so-called sure-fire cures, So it has come as somewhat of a surprise that almost from the first night of taking the Cherry Go Max capsules I have been getting about four hours of good sound sleep before waking, and then only waking once or twice again. in fact I have had to cut down the dose from two to one capsule, as I was starting to get sleepy during the day.I am incredibly impressed with the performance, and even better it is by far the cheapest product that I have tried. I will shortly be replenishing my supply, and friends of mine are intending to purchase also, based on the success that I have had. It really does work wonderfully. I definitely wholeheartedly recommend the product.

Work well for aches and stiff joints. Be warned though, if you take a couple of capsules at night it can lead to vivid dreams. I’m taking them spread out now because the dreams weren’t pleasant!

I tried these as I'd heard they help you get to sleep better as Montmorency cherries contain Melatonin, & I'm a shift worker so my sleep pattern is all over the place. I've been taken them for a couple of months now & can say definitely say that I sleep better, in that I'm less likely to wake up during the night like I did before I took these ( 2 caps an hour before bed). They don't leave you feeling groggy in the morning & not noticed any other side effects, they are a natural product so don't feel like I'm popping nasty chemicals into my system. So whether it's mind over matter or not , I still recommend giving these a try if your a restless sleeper.

We discovered the benefits of cherry supplements as a source of relief from the agonising pain of gout.a few years ago. My wife was the sufferer, and, at times, she could barely put her foot on the ground. But then wediscovered cherry tablets, which made a big difference and kept the condition at bay. Sourcing them in town,however, wasn't always easy, and they were PRICEY. I looked for suppliers online, and found several, so I orderedsome that I saw on Amazon and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent Quality of the product and thepackaging. I waited only a couple of days for my delivery, and the price was excellent. I have no complaintswhatsoever.

I have waited until I had taken an entire 'course' of Cherry Go Max before drawing any conclusions. I now feel that I have reached a view on the efficacy of the product for me.I had fairly painful gout, and had been in pain constantly for a couple of months. I then started a course of Cherry Go Max.First - These are not pain killers, and did not have an immediate effect of any kind. After taking for several days, there was no discernible reduction in pain.After about 10 days, I noted that I was in pain, but it wasn't the sharp debilitating pain I had grown used to. Still not great though.After a couple of weeks, I noticed I could actually forget the pain for short periods, I could walk more easily.After 3 weeks the pain was a minor irritant, and could be forgotten for long periods.After the entire course, the pain has gone. I no longer need pain killers, there is no noticeable inflammation.Obviously, one person doesn't constitute a medical trial, and there is always the chance that something else has reduced my symptoms. After months of pain, it seems too much of a coincidence that Cherry Go Max hasn't played some part in this turnaround. I have bought more.
