Great and Affordable Santoku Damacus knife. I purchased this item as a gift item, so I have not used it, but it seems razor sharp and well built and feels perfectly balanced in your hands. At first I was concerned whether it would come in a plastic package or magnetic box, but this does come in a nicely build magnetic box. This is a beautiful damascus knife and should be capable of any challenge you throw at it.

We got this knife on Amazon day in June/Jul and have fallen in love with this knife. We use it daily and it is still sharp 6 months late! I’m so used to having to sharpen knives every so often. We plan to buy a few more from this line to replace our older Pampered Chef knife set

Super sharp. It has a very nice feel. I have had it 1 week deboned a steer with it and it is still sharp.
