Happy with this Himalayan pink salt. Its a fairly smooth grain, like big grains of sand, but perfect for what I want to use it for. I have waited a bit to leave a review as I like it to be honest and informative after getting to know a product.I always buy pink Himalayan salt as I not only use it for food but also for my health and beauty regime.Now, the pink salt I usually buy is from discount stores and very cheap and although it’s still great it is the huge pieces that you need to crush or grind in a mill, fantastic for food but not so good for other things, but this is perfect and I don’t have to grind it up to use first.The flavour is very special, you get the flavour without the added anti caking agents and other nasties that are added to some other salts, plus the highlight for me is a lovely long soak in a Himalayan salt bath.It helps eliminate the toxins from your body leaving your skin as soft as a baby.You literally feel like you’ve stepped out of a health spa!Also I like to use it as a body scrub, I add coconut oil and some drops of essential oil and use all over my body and it exfoliates as well as moisturises, better than any shop bought concoction and you can put in a jar and use every time you shower, if you fake tan this is definitely the best way to avoid dry patches of skin.This is a company that I will be coming back to time and time again, 10 out of 10 from me.

The grain of this salt is sort of like beach sand. So not as fine as table salt but it's a lot better for you so not really an issue.I've only given 4 stars because I haven't used this yet and the re-sealable bag broke the first time I opened it. Thankfully I had a plastic container to transfer it all into.Also for those of you saying that the salt is "not dark enough" to be real Himalayan salt. Real Himalayan salt is actually a very very light cotton candy pink when it's ground. Anything dark is usually a fake, pumped full of dye's. You can tell because when you mix a large amount into water (to make sole or just for a test) the water will turn pink too. Which it shouldn't if your salt is real.

Apparently a lot of H salt is fake. This seems like the real deal. I used this to make chilli salt and it is delicious.
