I am not a cable nerd but this seems fine, sounds nice with my setup (90s Denon amp, Tannoy bookshelf speakers). Nice and heavy cable, with lots of tiny thin copper threads inside which are a bit fiddly to connect up but presumably make for a good connection.Not suitable for use without banana plugs or similar.. trying to just screw the cable directly onto posts is a pain in the bum.

I'd obtained some linn nexus speakers from a son and quickly discovered that my old cable left a lot to be desired and looking through amazon's many speaker wire ads quickly decided to buy this cable. I had been looking through the available offerings and made my mind up to purchase these. They arrived in very quick time and I had them connected up and was soon listening to them - the sound difference was immediately apparent with an increase in bass and an altogether better - smoother and more vibrant sound and seemed sharper. Stereo image also was improved, bearing in mind the expense of some of the offerings elsewhere where the cost is often 100's of pounds - this cracking cable is a gift in fact I was so impressed by the quality I ordered another lot and bi - wired my speakers - absolute magic, if anyone wants high performance for a low cost I suggest you do likewise and get yourself some of this cable, highly recommended.
