Bahco CS150 150mm Combination Square

Arrived on time. Sturdy, made from stainless steel so will last well. Accurate and machined well to provide a reliable measurement and 90 degree angle. The scribe screwed into the handle is a great feature. I have previously purchased a cheaper Chinese product and had to return it due to play in the mechanism - but this is not the case with this tool. In all, a quality tool built to last at a sensible price.

Bahco mini square - absolute design, angle accuracy and readability. Its easy to use, perfect size for storage and it fits where other bigger squares can not fit. Loving it

Good price and (as far as I can tell) actually square, which is nice. I haven't used this tool every day, by any means, but I've had it for a year or so and nothing has dropped off or come loose (yet), unlike some other inexpensive tools I've bought.As well as marking 90- and 45-degree lines, this square is useful for measuring things, though obviously designed for the US market as (for a right-handed person) it naturally works in inches. That is, the blade is marked in both inches and centimetres but if you use the square in the way it naturally falls to hand only the inches come against the flat of the body to allow accurate reading. You can get a reading in centimetres by turning the body over, so it's not as if this tool is unusable in metric, but it's just an irritating niggle especially if you're doing a lot of measurements. (If you worked left-handed and flipped the tool over left to right it would read in centimetres, but the markings would be upside down.) I've tried to work out if the blade can be turned to work in metric right-handed but it can't, which is a pity. Bahco could have made it flippable, or alternatively have offered an all-metric version for the 90% of the world that isn't America, but I suppose cost was a major consideration.Overall, well worth a couple of quid.

Lasts forever and more solid than the cheaper brands. Only combination square that beats these are the old engineering ones but they are hard to come by and cost a lot more.Had my 300mm bahco for 10 years plus and its still going strong.

I've had a 300mm combi square forever (it's seen better days), as well as lots of other squares and rulers, so I didn't think a small version like this would be necessary. I WAS WRONG!This item gets used all the time in my workshop. There is a lot to be said for its portability too, cos it's always nearby or in a pocket and is now the first thing I reach for on most marking jobs. It is up to the usual high standard you would expect from Bahco and the markings are extremely legible. For only £6.99 you can't go wrong.The first one I was sent was missing its scriber, but Amazon replaced the whole thing with zero fuss; I had the replacement within 2 days. Very happy with this item!

Pretty cheap for a Bahco, but it does the job well. Can't say that it's inspired or has anything different about it, it just does it's job and it does it well.Like other reviewers I wish they would drop Imperial. With both Metric and Imperial on the same ruler it means you often have to stop and orient the thing a different way to get the standard you need. It would perhaps be an idea to sell one with two rulers. Also There should be five cm of dead space on one end so you can start the ruler at zero from the right angle. As it stands you are always having to add or subtract about 5cm from all your measurements. Nothing new here, all combination squares are the same, but I am surprised that Bahco didn't think of that simple change. It would make life so simple.

Belle petite équerre à combinaison.La finition est propre.La pointe à tracer se visse dans le corps de l'équerre.Le niveau à bulle est propre en comparaison à un niveau de qualité.L'équerrage est également satisfaisant comparé à une équerre de qualité.Avec la lumière mise derrière, nous voyons qu'il y a très peu de défauts.Cette équerre est donc un bon achat. Je connaissais la marque Bahco au niveau scie traditionnelle et japonaise et j'en suis content.
