A great book about arguably the greatest watcmaker's ever, packed with great pictures and meticulously researched. I was lucky enough to receive this as a birthday gift .I'd seen this reviewed elsewhere ,but never did I think I'd ever get a copy. Admittedly the price is a bit steep , but you are getting quality, and you only get what you pay. A stunning book in every respect. Buy it you won't be sorry.

Beautifully produced and packaged.Although I have had it for a week already, this is one where you should make time to enjoy the content and actually read it as well as enjoy the excellent illustrations.

Amasing book

Got this book as a birthday gift and I was glad that my birthday fell on the last work day of the week, cause I started reading it at the start of a weekend, and ended up reading it all. It is very well written for a non-fiction book. Lots of pictures on the watches, the people behind the brand, Patek workshop/factory localities and buildings (and write-ups on the same). It's truly a complete history book! You even get insight through old letters on the minor squabbles between Mr Patek and Mr Philippe on the how name of the business is portrayed. Insight on how the business fared during the great depression, the entry of the Stern family, the quartz crisis etc. If you're a Patek fan or just love to know more about the history of watch firms, you must get this book.

Exceptionally well designed with quality content.

This is an excellent history of Patek Philippe from its founding up to the present time. It is well-written and has numerous photographs of the people, places, and watches that it talks about. It is very nicely bound and is shipped wrapped in Patek-logo-ed tissue paper and a custom made cardboard box (which is then placed inside another box for shipment). I would think that any serious Patek collector or aficionado would want to have this book. Highly recommended.
