Hi, I had this Nutribullet 900 for about a year, used it on and off for smoothies but this morning made a high pitch noise then smoke. Any ideas why?

That sounds as if it’s broken sadly. I used mine a lot and it only lasts about a year

Hi there, All Nutribullets come with a 12 month warranty. To claim on this warranty you will need to contact the retailer/seller that you have purchased the item from.

Whats the warranty on the product

If you have bought this in Britain, you will find it hard to get it covered as I have found. If you received it as a gift don't even bother trying. This is a serious problem with this item and probably breaks some trading standards.

Hi I received this product today, where is my hardback recipe book?
