Be aware that these are less ‘crystals ‘ and more just cylindrical in shape, they’re very uniformed and pretty big for sugar crystals but they taste fine just a bit crunchy bc of the thickness

Used for a geode cake. There is a bage labelled small candy from the same manufacturer but they’re the same size crystals. Why is the labelling different and price much dearer?
