Does this contain self tanning agents as a few reviews says its stains

I think it might, as it gives you a shining glow when you apply it..! I got a great tan with this!

Is this a tan accelerator (does it increase melanin) or does it just use fake pigment?

I believe its a tan accelerator - it does make your tan last...
