Great product, great results, great discovery. Be aware though you DO need to drink lots of fluids too, as they suggest, and improvements will follow faster and more comfortably with exercise. Even walking does the trick, just try it out. Very sweet basic mix though - I blitz in frozen raspberries with mine, and then it's lovely!

have used it before. haven't weighted myself yet. but people are telling me I have lost weight. Use it with Almond milk it has less calories.
