I wouldn't be without it!
I have been using this product for the last two years and I can honestly say it's been life changing. My irritable bowel was so bad I couldn't eat anything healthy, just beige food, due to the effect on my stools, (soft but difficult to pass). I started taken a heaped teaspoon in water at least 30 minutes before I ate my main meal in the evening and gradually reintroduced vegetables one at a time. I can now eat most vegetables apart from leafy greens, mushrooms and peppers but I can live with that. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Promotes regularity
A handy supplement which, when mixed with water helps bowel function, it does not dissolve, but remains in suspension, and must be consumed immediately. If you suffer slow bowel function, it is worth a try.

Getting a 'script from your GP for constipation? Got IBS? - buy this instead 👌
The only thing to get my bowels moving againI tried:- Increasing water and fibre intake = Failed- Senokot = Failed- Senokot Max = Failed- Supposities = Failed- Fybogel Powder = Failed- GP prescribed Laxido = FailedThis was over a matter of 3.5 weeks and I was becoming really bloated over time and uncomfortable, and made exercising really difficult as well as demotivating...I wasn't losing any weight as a result!I came across Lepicol on Amazon and looking at the reviews, it was glowing with genuine 5 star ratings (Don't believe me? Check it out on fakespot.com)I had nothing to lose and so ordered Lepicol in capsule form which would be more bearable than taking it in its powder form. At the moment I take 4 capsules in the morning before breakfast, and four more before my evening meal with plenty of juice too.Half an hour after taking the first four capsules, my bloatedness started to disappear. On the second day of taking the capsules, in the afternoon I had the urge to go to the loo, and felt a sense of relief when I dropped a load after three long weeks of no movement inside of me. It was a proper healthy poo and never felt better. There is still some to come out, but the bloatedness is gone and I'm sure the rest of my bowls are being assisted to operating within normal parameters once again, all thanks to Lepicol!I didn't have much hope in this stuff getting me sorted out, but after reading the glowing reviews about this stuff, I can really believe this has helped out lots of people with problematic bowels of all sorts.--- Update 14/8/17----I forgot to add into my original review above, for the past five years I had suffered from IBS-D on an on/off basis which was horrible and unpredictable (Fellow IBS sufferers, you know what I mean, eh?) I didn't buy Lepicol on the basis of treating my ISB problem, that was a golden unexpected bonus, but for the chronic constipation I endured earlier this year. Lepicol has actually resolved my IBS problem without me realising it! Gone! No more! Finished! I figure the strains of bacteria thats in Lepicol has re-balanced my gut flora etc and I have been feeling great ever since taking it. I only take Lepicol 4 x pills per day, twice a week at the moment and it truly has worked wonders. There was nothing worse than having to make an embarrassing emergency dash to the nearest loo, but that is in the past now. Lepicol has sorted out my long term IBS problem (which the GP prescibed & OTC meds could never resolve the underlying issue) but this has!-------------This truly is a blessing, and I will continue to take it to keep me regular and get back on track with my weight loss regime.I wish Doctors would prescribe this as a medicine, or even tell their patients about this stuff. It works better than any medications they can prescribe at their office.Oh and at the time of writing the price was £11.90. This is great Value for Money on Amazon! Other sites and sellers are a tad more expensive around £16 a tub.10/10

Didn't help constipation on it's own.
I had high hopes for Lepicol put it didn't deliver. It might work for you though if you respond well to psyllium husk and need more fiber in your diet.Fiber, more fruit and vegetables is what doctors recommend when you complain about constipation. However, for some people it just doesn't work. Those with colon inertia, for example.Lepicol didn't work for me on it's own, however I found the way to use it in a beneficial way. What works for me is magnesium citrate every day. I found that a level teaspoon of Lepicol with 500ml of water followed by 300-400 mg of magnesium citrate a few hours later works the best.Psyllium husk (or Lepicol) helps to form the bulk then magnesium citrate makes sure things are moving.A few tips:* Start with a smaller dose of Lepicol then take more if needed. Half a teaspoon to a level teaspoon of Lepicol mixed in a large glass of water, followed by another glass of water. Then adjust dose as needed.* Don't take too much at once, and make sure you drink lots of water with it and throughout the day. If you don't, it can make things worse. The fiber will just get stuck in there and block you up even more. I overdid it and it was painful.* Take Magnesium citrate or other medication a few hours apart from taking Lepicol. As fiber can interfere with medication absorbancy.I know from personal experience, constipation is no joke. I hope my little tips help somebody get better.
