I ordered this knife to slice a prime rib roast for Christmas dinner. It has a great weight to it and the length of the knife is long enough to cut across the roast easily. Feels good in your hand and is well balanced, even my husband likes it!Great value for the money. Highly recommend

Very happy with this purchase. I chose this knife because the handle is just a bit longer than others I had considered. The balance is good, handle is comfortable and the blade very sharp. We have had this for a couple months now and used it several times for carving.

BUY THESE KNIVES!These knives are phenomenal. I have several and love them all! This one in particular is wonderful for cutting melons and large things like gourds, pumpkin, sketti squash.They're extremely sharp, so do be careful.They are very comfortable to hold, they're heavy duty and a nice weight that is comfortable too. They're very durable. They come in several sizes.I recommend washing them and drying immediately to stop any chance of rust. ( I haven't had any issue, just a precautionary measure).
