Excellent piece of equipment.
Excellent piece of equipment, solid and easy to use. Fitted onto my Kitchen Aid easily and securely, as expected with a Kitchen Aid own product but just to say it did. Came with a small brush for cleaning, which I have used sparingly as the item has remained very clean, I ensure the pasta is not sticky when I put it through the rollers. It rolls the dough like a dream, I’m very impressed and pleased. Would definitely buy the cutters, wish I’d bought the bundle, but couldn’t at the time.I did buy this piece in the sale for £41.

Wonderful
Bought it to replace my broken one. Use it more for rolling fondant to make flowers for Cake decorations

Works really really well
Worked really well … better than I had hoped. Is easily as good as a manual crank but this time you have both hands free. :)

new model not fit for purpose!
I have owned several pasta rollers of KitchenAid's predecessor to this model 5KPSA that is sadly no longer in production. This new model looks sturdy and great but is not fit for purpose: I had to return the first one they sent me because, at its thinnest setting, it made pasta sheets that would be just about OK for tagliatelle but totally unsuitable for lasagne, ravioli or tortellini. The replacement they sent me was just about OK for lasagne but too thick for ravioli and tortellini, but I decided to keep it. I've had it 2 months now and it broke. The previous models lasted me 2 years on average and bear in mind that I am well versed in using them: I always roll the pasta by hand first until it's thin enough to go into the roller at its thickest setting. I make pasta often but I am by no means a commercial user, cooking only for my family. There is no reason it should break other than poor quality material and bad design. Very disappointing!
