would this rub off of the outside of a fake-leather shoe ? i want to draw on the outside of my boots.

I tried to use the white marker to put a name on a black label and it didn’t work at all and was a waste of money.

Does this work on lycra?

I purchased for my daughter’s last day of school, for writing on her Leavers’ Hoodie, and it wasn’t that great; silver markers worked better. I would imagine that Lycra is less absorbing than sweatshirt material, so it may be ok?

Would this work to write on boxing gloves? And would it rub off or fade?

It's a bit like Snowpake so I suspect it would rub off over time.

Does this work on felt fabric?

Yes but you may find you need to blob the white ink on the fabric in a series of dots to make a line or letter. Also, remember to iron your white markings otherwise they will wash off.
