Great ball but returned as I ordered too small for my height. Very robust, easy to inflate (and deflate!!) Will be buying the bigger size!

Good enough size and seems sturdy enough currently being used by me 29 week pregnant partner and holds up pretty well.Doesn’t hold air for as long as you’d think and the pump is borderline useless but it’s cheap enough so can’t really complain.

Bought this to start using towards the end of my 2nd trimester just to sit and bounce on gently to relieve some pressure. I got size large and I’m 4’11 I would say it’s the perfect size for me. I followed instructions and inflated by 80% left for 24hrs then inflated completely then waited another 24hrs, I believe this is important if you want it to last and to be safe, those who said it burst straight away have probably not followed the instructions. For the price it is brilliant considering it will get over 10 weeks use from me and then I can store it up in the loft if I ever fall pregnant again. Recommended to pregnant ladies suffering with PGP, sciatica and round ligament pain.

Great medicine ball, nice and thick quality material that makes a great seat. Purchased for use at a desk instead of a normal chair and has begun to ease back pain, but you still need to ensure you sit with good posture. Easy to inflate, just takes a little while with the foot pump. Make sure it’s almost rock solid as it does tend to lose some air with constant use.P.s. If you’re going to do the “bounce test”, make sure you’re holding onto something, as falling off it is not fun!

Bought this during covid lockdown to use at my desk. Use it everyday 8 hours a day. My dogs jumped on it and scratched it but it still holds strong I contacted their customer service once and got a really swift response.

I had bought one of these balls a few years ago and was more than happy with it. When it popped, I ordered another. The new one looked smaller when it arrived, but I knew that can be misleading, so I began to pump the ball up. The pump was atrocious. I eventually used another pump after noticing the pump I had received was missing a bit. The ball was much, much smaller than the previous one I had ordered. I had to send it back. I would not have rated this so low, but two mistakes - the wrong size and a broken pump - took up my whole afternoon and the time it took to make a complaint and generate a return and the deflate the whole thing and press it back into the small box took up another great swathe of time. :L TLDR: If you already have a good pump it's not a bad idea to try this company as the previous ball was decent and lasted two years.
