Great does wonderful curls but it is a lethal weapon. I read other reviews before buying which said it’s very easy to burn yourself and they were not kidding. Invest in a decent heat glove (not the $5 one off here - they sent me a $2 exfoliating glove??)

This is the only curling wand I've used but I prefer to invest in the best rather than spend less and find I don't like a product or need to replace it more often. This wand has varied temperature settings and heats up very quickly, and the size of the barrel creates lovely wavy curls (or if you use the narrower end can create ringlets too). I have very fine straight hair that never holds a curl - I've used my GHD iron in the past and while it's great at straightening the curls never held. This wand is the first time I've been able to keep my hair curly - and it lasted into the 3rd day until it was time to wash my hair again. I'm super impressed!The heat guard is great, I just wish that the glove it comes with had a smoother texture because I find it makes my hair a bit static-y and fly-away while I'm actually curling it. But I've used it without the glove too and as long as you're careful it's fine.Also!! I live in the EU and was very surprised and pleased to find that the plug it comes with has an EU plug with a UK adaptor so it will work in either region without having to add a converter.Overall, I'd highly recommend this curling wand.

The handle is too big and they are difficult to use compared to my £20 boots wand.. my cheaper wand curls better also and the curls hold more.

Really big and am taking a while learning to manage it as I have a short-ish afro (just reaches my shoulders). Have burnt myself a number of times now. It would be easier to use if I have long hair I suppose. The curls come out great nevertheless.

My curls stay put until I wash my hair 3 days later. Very pleased with my purchase. I've been air drying my hair overnight and curling it in the morning on the lowest heat. It's fantastic. Use the glove though people. I have a nasty burn on my arm.

Bought as a gift for my daughter, who loves it. She said that it is better than anything else she has ever used.

Good value for money cheaper than GHD but still doesn't make my curls stay or my daughters anyway still not bad product but is slightly better than GHD curlers

Was so excited to recieve these and I must say I am slightly disappointed, they are so hot if you clip your arm or hand it burns so bad thats even with the glove on.I think I will have to have a lot of practice before my hair has the look I was determined to achieve.I would recommend these but if you are like me and just wanted something to quickly curl some of your hair these are purhaps not the product for you.
