Put this on straight away and eliminated every cold draught coming through the front door! You can barely see it and it's completely easy to install and cut with scissors. Some minor bits of lifting adhesive, but I didn't clean the surface first because I was freezing already and wanted it in place with haste. My advice would be to get the wider size than you think you need. Mine is working perfectly but I think the next size up would have been the failsafe and stopped everything. It doesn't look unsightly at all so you can definitely go for it with the wide strip. I even put a flap over the keyhole. Will re-review if it all comes off!

I bought this product as recommended to me by a family member. I was given their honest review and it has done exactly how they informed me. The adhesive isn’t strong enough to hold on my frame alone so I have secured it in place with thumbnail pins, which was the recommendation from my family member and it’s done an epic job. I no longer have any draught from the gaps between the door and the door frame. I didn’t need the whole roll so I have shared it with a friend.

I was getting a draft through our double glazed UPVC side door and so I purchased this item to solve the issue.The 3M tape is very strong, the installation is very simple. The seal is thick and of a good size, but also easy to cut to varied sizes. Even in hot temperatures, the seal does not come off

It works great when it actually stays stuck to the doors, but you have to have a tight fit for it to work so it works itself loose very easily. Mine is on pine doors, reluctant to add a more permanent glue to make it stick, might have to use a few small staples from my staple gun to fix it. When it is on it does do the trick though.

This product is a waste of money , does not stick, stayed in place for 10 mins then just peeled on completely on to the floor

The idea of this seal is brilliant. And the advertised ways for its intended use suggest it can be mounted on many surfaces. Sadly that just isn’t the case. I have tried short sections of the seal on glass, perspex, painted wood, painted metal and UPVC. The adhesion strength is really poor. Even with heat applied to the glue strip. I don’t believe this is genuine 3M glue or if it is then it’s a low end glue. Having seen the other reviews there clearly is an issue with this product. If you position it anywhere that will see the none glued section move it will cause the glue to fail and the seal will detach (shower screen for example). It’s a shame because the price of it places the item in the right area for something you would expect to buy from a branded manufacturer.

This performs well used it around front door for draughts, it was easy to install had to end up adding a bit of extra glue to some parts but it does the job for draughty doors would use again

This was just what I needed to cover a door gap. I had tried the smaller weather strips that go on the inside of the door, but then I wasn't able to lock the door properly. This one fits on the side and doesn't interfere with the door lock. It's made a big difference and there is no longer a draft. Make sure to clean off the surface first with a wet cloth and let it dry so it sticks.
