Works for a handy backup phone.
All ok with the phone apart from the short coiled lead for the handset. Other than that a cheap no frills handset that does what it's meant too

Cheep. Works. Get what you pay for.
Cheap and cheerful. But too light so when you pick phone up (with quite a short lead) to answer, the whole phone comes with it!Shame the volume of ring can’t be changed. We don’t really use a house phone anymore so that’s why we purchased this one.

Basic but does what it's meant to
Basic model but does what it's meant to, easy to set up. Ok quality for the price, sound quality is acceptable

The buttons are awful.
We got this for a friend who is elderly (but capable) to replace a very old broken phone. The old phone had smaller buttons but they weren’t rubberised. The problem with this phone is that despite pressing the buttons firmly, sometimes they do not dial the number. We thought it may have been user error, but have verified this ourselves and it seems to be poor design. Sometimes individual digits don’t work, leaving you with the frustration of number not recognised and having to redial. We have already ordered an alternative and will be sending this back for a refund.

Good priced simple phone.
I bought two phones- one for the living room and one for the bedroom. For the money, they're quite a good little phone. It's handy having the buttons illuminate, especially for the one in the bedroom at night. The only things I disliked were that they are quite light, no weight to them. And as the curly cord is quite short, when you pick the phone up, the base comes with it. So you have to really hold the base as well or it dNgles. And the disconnect button is on the base, and I've caught this a couple of times, when it's been dangling down, or flipped over and got pressed accidentally and the call has been cut off. It would've been better with the disconnect button being on the part you raise to your ear, as in my previous old phone. But I'm getting used to it now.
