can it be used to spray a large wooden gate/fence?

Hi, it can be used for that and would adhere to okay to the wooden gate. May need an addition can if gate particularly large but I've found that this spray will adhere to most things, provided they are oil and grease free. Hope that helps.

Can I use this to cover scratches on my pram;s metal chassis? Will I need to prime the area before applying?

Hello That's a good questionI would recommend using a primer as this type of spray may not adhere to metal surfaces, even if it already has been painted previously? I'm no expert on pram chassis but these could have been powder coated, so I think it will need priming?My suggestion is to buy both paint and primer and only cover the area where the scratches are (the primer will fill the scratches) I would also suggest to purchase some 800 grade sandpaper(http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sandpaper-Sanding-Polishing-Abrasive-Finishing/dp/B005G9ZYY2/ref=sr_1_10?s=diy&ie=UTF8&qid=1445453951&sr=1-10&keywords=800+grade+sandpaper) to lightly rub down the primer then try and blend the paint with the original chassis paint colourIf you intend to cover all the chassis you will probably need more than one can of paint?Hope this helps and good luck!

Will this work on MDF?

Hi, yes I purchased both white and grey for a model I am building which contained 4 6mm MDF panels about 25cm inches square. It was used as the undercoat for cellulose top coat and gave a vey good finish. I purchased 6 tins, exceptional value with free postage, as it is £5.99 per tin in my local car spares shop. Can this be used to paint the background of a glass fish tank??

I would not use any paint on the inside of fish tank, and any paint on the outside does not matter as far as I am concerned.
