I ordered this hoping for a quick and easy storage solution, but unfortunately, it arrived missing the hardware needed to put it together. There was no option to have the missing parts shipped separately, which was really frustrating. Since I had already cut the box open to unpack everything, returning it would’ve been a hassle. So I ended up finding alternate ways to assemble it using hardware I had on hand. It wasn’t ideal, but I made it work. That said, once assembled, the organizer itself is decent. The cubes are a good size, and it looks nice once it’s put together. I decided to keep it because it still serves its purpose and fits well in the space I needed it for. Just be aware—you might need to get creative if your box comes incomplete like mine did. For the price, it’s not a bad product, but the missing hardware definitely took away from the experience.

Horrible instructions, build, and quality. I've been trying to finish putting this item together for 3 days now. Every single time I get a few steps done I need to use wood glue to hold it together. Who makes a shelf with only dowels!?!? Sure there's 10-20 screws too but you strip those out as your screwing them in. THEN you get to nail backing boards in place! Hate those nails! Not the shelfs fault but I've hit my thumb more times than I'd care to tell!!! I've chipped the shelf with nearly every nail I put in! None of these steps keeps the shelf from being wobbly and it's the least sturdy shelf I've ever owned. Can't return it now... It's 'put together'... Tempted to take it out back and put it in the burn pile. I think it may be more supportive out there.

Slightly difficult to put together because of the small dows used to lock the shelving together, so the help of another person might be necessary for repositioning, but once all the screws are in place, it feels pretty solid so it can be manipulated easily. It performs well. I have no complaints.
