Great price for a very good phone.
Very easy to use, big buttons that are great for my mum. Dual screens and buttons on the outside so you don't even have to open the phone to answer calls. Great value for money and very good phone.

Let down by a poor manual
I purchased this phone for my Dad who is in his 90's and has poor vision. I struggled to set it up for him as the manual is rather basic. The phone itself does a good job without all the bells and whistles of a smart phone that would be difficult for Dad to see.

Good start but then downhill all the way
The first 3/4 weeks were fine and the phone worked well. Can't fault the battery life but the rest is a nightmare. The phone can hold 2 Sim cards but I only needed one but the phone began to refuse to recognise that a Sim card was installed, kept telling me to put in a Sim card or only allowing me access to an emergency number. As a result, I couldn't access my contacts to make calls or send texts. Caller ID was defunct so I was left with a phone that would only allow making emergency number calls! Absolute waste of money and even more annoying is that you are only given 28 days to request a refund! Wouldn't but again for love or money!

knowing that my mum can get me on the phone in a emergency.
Phone bought for my 86 year old mum thought it would be good for her as she has hearing aids and cant hear on a phone so well.This phone was fine to start with but cant here anything unless you click the loud speaker now when someone phones or she phones someone else so not much help to my mum .

I am in my 80's and found this mobile phone easy to start up and being hard of hearing I am happy with the loud sound and I do not have to strain to listen to what is being said. Came nicely packed and on time. I would give this phone a good 5 stars.

Will not store numbers for family and friends. DON`T BUY
At first sight this looks like an easy to use basic mobile phone. I bought two. However after setting it up, then the trouble starts ! The phone is dual SIM but in both my mobiles it locks on to only one side, blocking the other SIM slot. And the other tragic problem is that in both cases setting any number in the contacts just does NOT work. Any number over 5 digits are rejected. And all my family and friends are over 5 digits. So this phone and my other mobile are useless. DO NOT BUY
