Will it glue beads on a dress?

I'm pretty sure it would and to jump on the comment made by another user, I'd cut the tip of the dispenser at an angle in order to avoid/minimize stringing. Hope it helps!

I have a few questions please. is this 100% silicone; is it rtv or does it contain solvents; is it food safe?

This adhesive is FDA approved for food packaging, transporting and holding and it is also solvent free. It's not silicone RTV (I'm assuming to make silicone molds and such). It's geared towards crafts and hobbies. Essentially, it's a liquid/gel version of a glue stick. You get the benefits of glue gun applications without the hazards. Also, it takes a while longer to set so it's more forgiving when doing craft work. A couple of huge pluses: No more burning fingertips, and it is also non-toxic so very safe for both kids and adults.
