This was my first time smudging, and I was unsure of the product and I'm so glad I purchased this. I'm happy with packaging, as I expected a bag, this is much nicer, with a little note that says who packaged it, which is lovley. Its great, it has lovely smell, lots of leaves, stems only on the bottom, it was not completely dry, but I live in Ireland and this was probably in some warehouse in UK, so it was understandable if it came a bit damp. I did not mind using a lighter to light it few times.The way I went on smudging my house was from front door and in all the rooms, saying positive affirmations and demanding that negative energy leaves the place. I opened all the windows.... I used it on myself and my partner too hhaha and this somehow works. It might all be in my head, but I felt somehow lighter on my feet, more calm, in piece, and my house felt very different in a way I cannot explain. Happy to report I had no negative thoughts , no argues with partner since and will continue to do this, and buy this in the future.

Amazon take to much to their pocket so some items to expensive, but come in nicely packed box good size and I’m happy

The box included a lovely little book on the art of smudging, and the name of the individual who packed it with loads of love and care.Also on the little card was a note inviting the buyer to give feedback on anything that could be improved.Would definitely buy again from this company, love their ethos and values. I first became aware of white sage when I visited a shop in Glastonbury (the town not the festival) that sells all sorts of magical and wonderful items, including white sage which was dried and tied with cotton. I bought some of this not knowing exactly what it was or what to do with it but added it to my stash of candles and incense. It is of course used by Native Americans for sacred rituals and it also used as a traditional medicine in other cultures. I have read some awkward articles about claims of "cultural appropriation" associated with use for smudging by people from the west that did, to be honest, make me feel a little uncomfortable. I like the exotic smell and I waft it around the house at the weekends to give the rooms a more extravagant feel. It beats any aerosol air freshener and, although this product from Amazon does not seem quite as fantastic as the one I bought in Glastonbury, I like it so much I'm giving it five stars.

Finally some proper sage! For the last five months I been all over attempting to purchase some quality sage, from numerous stores and so-called reputable spiritualist shops, and none has been up to scratch - nothing but bundles of sticks that refuse to burn, have a funky smell, etc. Then I tried this and it is perfect! Burns exactly as it should, smells great, I will definitely be making these from native spirit my only supplier from now on. Didn't come in the resealable brown bag as advertised but no big deal, came delightfully packaged in a box with a cute note. Thankyou!
