I made a chocolate fudge cake and the recipe called for 'top quality cocoa powder' so I bought this. The aroma on opening the tub was so much nicer than other cocoa powders and the cake was delicious. Would certainly recommend it for baking and there's plenty left for a cheeky hot chocolate.

Top quality cocoa
G&B cocoa is really worth a few extra pence - the flavour is great, and has a depth that cheaper cocoa lacks. Plus it's organic (Soil Association certified), so you're making a positive consumer choice to help the environment.

Very strong
I use this for making wafer cookies and for coating truffles when I make them.Very strong and a little goes a long way.

With things like cocoa, coffee etc. it all comes down to taste.It was ok, but I wouldn't repurchase.
