Camera Clear Tinted Foundation Porcelain

Ok this s best for normal -dry skintypes in my opinion. Those with oilier skin night want to try with a matte primer +setting powder. Extremely pigmented, only need to use a tiny amount to cover blemishes. Colour chart is way off & was worried about the right shade. I have very pale ,cool-neutral skin and got the Porcelain shade. Used a moisturizer gel, blended with a concealer brush & set with powder. Covers everything from redness to blemishes. It is an old -fashioned product made for theatre, films not that different from the original Dermacol foundation . This one is even more thicker and oilier, though. Has an off-putting, old school floral smell so might not suit everyone with sensitive skins (I have horrible winter skin atm that is red ,dry & irritated but the product worked fine). Line I said ,it s very concentrated & only a tiny amount has to be used. As a foundation best to apply on top of a suitable primer & oatnit in with warm fingertips. Overall great value for a very pigmented , professional product .

My skin is very dry so I mainly use a BB cream rather then foundation, but my skin rebels at this time of year so I need something with better coverage for work and parties. I came across Leichner CAMERA CLEAR foundation whilst browsing for a suitable foundation. I remember coming across it before and being tempted, but not getting it because trying to colour match it is a shot in the dark. However as it is so cheap I decided to just order the lightest shade [porcelain] and hope for the best. When it arrived I was disappointed, as whilst the shade is nice and neutral, it looks a bit darker then what the shade name would suggest. However the creamy formula is so light and silky to apply, that blending it into the skin for a better colour match is easy. Once blended, the results are a smooth satin finish, with medium coverage (it can provide fuller coverage with layering). I've found it to be transfer resistant, another plus. I've worn with a primer, without one, with powder and alone; my preferred look is skipping primer and setting the foundation with a touch of powder, as that is long lasting and gives a natural, un-cakey look. Finally; This hasn't oxidized on me. *** negatives? For me, this isn't. However if you don't have dry ski the moisturizing ingredients in this foundation will become greasy on your skin, so I wouldn't recommend Leichner CAMERA CLEAR to anyone other then those with dry skin. Also: remember that it applies lighter on the skin then it looks in the container, so bare that in mind.

I've read quite a few reviews where people think this is a very greasy foundation.l.it is if you apply too much. I use a buffing brush to apply this foundation by removing a little from the tub using a spatula and place it on the back of my hand. It takes less than a pea size buffed into the skin to create a flawless finish, and once set this foundation has great staying power and will last all day. I remember my mother using this when I was younger and I was always admiring her flawless complexion when she used this so when I saw it here I just had to buy to try for myself... the scent immediately brought back memories of watching my mum apply her makeup. Although it has that recognisable scent it soon dissipates once the foundation has set. I have what I'd describe as dehydrated feeling skin and I find this keeps my skin feeling nourished and supple throughout the day and the colour is a perfect match, my skin tone would tend to be yellow/neutral. I would definitely recommend this foundation just remember a little goes a long way and you will find it works so well to create that flawless finish. I don't tend to use a setting powder, but if I'm going out for the evening, a very fine dusting of transparent powder will finish off your base perfectly, and with or without powder, if the smallest amount is used, you won't find it greasy or cakey looking. What great value for money too and knowing how long this brand has been making this foundation, and with my mother having used it years ago, there is that feeling of it being quite retro when applying it with a touch of nostalgia for me. 😊

I wanted to know which was yellow based as opposed to pink this one is too pink but I can mix it with my old one it would be better to group the chart together in pink and yellow tones

Had it for 3 months now. Bought the shade porcelain for a light coverage. I'm always the lightest shade, matched well, makes me look less dead and more like I actually have pretty skin. Better for dry skin, mine is oily but I still use it. It's fine after you blot it after applying. Also, don't use primer with this product! It just seems to slide too much and look cakey as a result, by itself and with powder it's great. Sometimes oil builds up & leaks through the sides of the packaging- I realised the only reason this was product leaking was becuase it was so jam packed full! So that's a bonus. Having gone though a bit of it now I'm wondering how deep this thing is- will update if I ever get through it. I was surprised the smell wasn't bad, quite pleasant actually, I was expecting worse from some of the reviews. With the amount you get and if you use sparingly I can see this lasting quite a while, which is very nice, I don't like buying makeup every 6 months. Ideal for someone who wants to look nice but doesn't want to spend a fortune.

Absolutely terrible! This foundation never really sets on your face, so the slightest touch leaves your hands, phone etc. full of foundation. It also feels very uncomfortable on your skin; just a little bit of this product leaves you feeling like you've got half a bottle of thick, sticky sunscreen on your face. I got the colour porcelain, but it's very dark. It's rather yellow too. The jar is a very cheap looking plastic jar, but it does it's job. Worst of all IT STINKS!!! It has a very strong, gross chemical smell which doesn't go away. All day you have it's stink in your nose. It's dreadful! The coverage is only light to medium too. This is probably the worst foundation I have ever tried. I want to return it, but it's not worth the return postage.

First-time user. It smells nice. Like roses and honey. Be sure to only apply a drop and spread it evenly, though, because it's quite greasy. That being said, it's absorbed into the skin very well, and you get a picture-perfect finish in a couple of minutes. It looks much darker in the pot than on the skin. I generally use the lightest foundation tints available, and this is quite possibly the lightest I've tried yet. But that's fantastic for me, because then I don't need to cover my (veiny and unnaturally white-looking) neck and decolletage in powder. The coverage is excellent. I also tried it with the translucent powder in the same range Leichner Pressed Powder 01 Translucent 7 g , and I'm glad I did, because it balances out that pasty shade and texture nicely. I just can't believe how cheap it is!

So I'm a 30 year old with reasonably dry skin. I usually use moisturiser as my primer & I wear Estee Lauder Double Wear in shade 1N0 to gage my skin tone. I wanted something a little lighter for my face on the daily to wear & after reading reviews I thought this could work for me. I applied with a wet make up sponge with no primer or moisturiser. It definitely looks scarily dark in the tub, however goes on a lot lighter. As other people have mentioned, a little goes a long way! I literally dabbed it on my face with my fingertips & blended WITH THE SPONGE. I was surprised how much coverage I got although I imagine if you're trying to do it with your hands, you're just gonna smudge it everywhere. It did definitely have the, been in production since tbe 50a, smell that people speak of although that did disappear within ten minutes of wear. I set it with LOOSE powder & applied the rest of my make up as normal & I wore for about 5 hours. I wouldn't say it felt heavy as I've read but I am used to Estee Lauder DW. My only issue was a slight oily creasing around my eyelids but I would just apply powder there next time too. All in all for the price, great. I had no oxidising & despite being in a rush it blended pretty well. However, my only concern is I wore the foundation on Wednesday, it's now Friday & I've woken up with a huge spot on my cheek which is very rare so I can only think it's really clogged my pores. I will probably wear again once it's settled down & update but no other factors in my diet or skincare have changed. Update to follow!

PARFAIT ça correspond vraiment à mon attente j 'ai pris la couleur "porcelaine" pour avoir un teint ton sur ton... parfait pas foncé légèrement mat rosé, une super odeur, et bien couvrant avec une texture très agréable livré en moins d'une semaine Nickel merci

Sembra più una crema colorata, molto unta, viene via sempre non si fissa sul viso. Non la ricomprerò.

Reçu assez rapidement et bien emballé. Le produit est surprenant, la texture un peu élastique et bien couvrante.. La couleur que j'ai choisie, très claire correspond bien et se fond sur la peau. J'ai une peau sensible et je l'ai trouvé confortable, ne dessèche pas. J'ai acheté une petite éponge pour bien l'utiliser et bien répartir le fond de teint sur la peau.

quasi invisible ! belle couleur, brille bien comme j'aime (donne un joli teint frais et très naturel) pas pour les peaux grasses !

Couvre bien mais l'odeur est désagréable
