A new staple for me
I've tried a lot of protein supplements, from drinks to powders, and they all end up becoming a little onerous and sickly after a while. Enter Grow Protein Bars. I love them. They taste just like yogurt (same consistency as well; they are NOT "bars"). They've got no weird taste to it at all. Low calorie. Never gets old.Seriously, if you're looking for a protein supplement and you like yogurt, these will become a staple.

Fantastic low calorie, high protein snack!
Fantastic product - it has a yoghurt style consistency (it isn't a bar), you can sip it slowly, it has a nice tangy taste, which actually helps you to savour it. Amazed it weighs in at only 102 calories, 20g protein, 6g sugar.I got one pack of twelve to try, and immediately made an order for another two packs. Will get more, highly recommended!

Used to be amazing, now vile.
These used to taste amazing, and were pretty reasonably-priced too (£12.99 I think). Now the price has jumped up, and they've *seriously* changed the formula. I'm eating one of the new mixed berry ones now, and it tastes strongly chemical instead of like a tasty yoghurt like it used to. The old kind were the ones that had 102kcals per sachet, and the new formula has 91kcals per sachel.I don't think this should be the same product on Amazon. All the older reviews are for the previous price + taste, which were both excellent. Make a new listing for this totally different 'grow protein' gel guys!

Five star alternative to traditional protein bars. It's a 'gel liquid' more than a 'bar'.
Updated - purchased a lot more and they are still doing the job really pleased! Previous review: I bought these based on the high number of positive reviews. They are made from a thick gel like liquid and taste very sweet. A very welcome alternative to chewy protein bars which can be very dry. I knew there was some artificial ingredient when I purchased these gels so cannot criticise that. I would buy them again and they are as they are described and pictured as. It's a 'gel liquid' more than a 'bar'.

Has the recipe been changed? Chemical aftertaste!
This is the old review before they changed the taste to some kind of chemical......Handy little pack. Nice tasting and easy to swallow. Much better than a cheaper alternative which I had to bin because it made me feel sick. All in all, a good convenient source of protein.Oops, I spoke too soon!! This review was based on the previous two boxes that I was happy with. My current box has a bitter, chemical aftertaste. Maybe they changed the recipe? I’m dreading taking another one. I am very disappointed with this product.

Five stars protein gel
I would recommend this protein gel. It is very tasty and easy on the stomach. It is yoghurt based and if you love yoghurt with fruit you will love these. Will buy again.

An excellent product that I keep in my freezer- just then easy to eat.Work really well for me as part of my carb light diet and seem to be one of the best things to suppress cravings

Lots less calories than others
Nice product, not chalky and I mainly got it as it has the same 20g protein as the bars but 200 less calories, can't go wrong.
