Expensive, but the best choice you'll make for office headphones
I previously purchased a cheaper style of these (bluetooth, two ears, microphone) and thought I was onto a winner despite them feeling cheap and light. However you get what you pay for and after around 4 months they conked out. The Bluetooth connection was poor, the headphones had problems connecting and the battery wasnt great. My main problem was regarding answering my phone using facetime on the computer. I could not dial out numbers with the headphones and often could not pick-up properly. When looking for a new pair, there was an obvious gulf in the old ones (£30) and these at over £100. However having taken the plunge, I CANNOT believe how terrible the old ones were...and how good these are.First things first, the connection to the computer is via a USB dongle, not direct via bluetooth. This is done easily and connects within seconds of turning the headphones on each time. A huge advantage is that they connect to your phone separately via bluetooth at the same time. This means that if calls come in, you can answer either on your computer or on your phone - massive advantage for someone working at a desk.I use them for all calls including Skype, conference calls and Facetime video and sound quality is great. Each ear has good padding and will flex to your ears - very comfortable. Finally the microphone rotates round to sit infront of your mouth, it is magnetised so when you push it back up it clicks into the headset.Really recommend for anyone who isnt sure about splashing out. The extra cost is well worth it for the bluetooth headset. If you found this helpful, then please click helpful below.

Lightweight, good quality and range.
Used initially for Zoom & Teams calls but now also for listening to music while I work. Comfortable enough to wear for hours on end and even though they are not closed headphones (so they don't get sweaty at all) they don't leak sound out into the room. Works with the bluetooth built into a laptop or phone but the supplied usb dongle gives better quality. Battery life is good, have worn them for 6 or 7 hours at a time without a problem. Lightweight too and bluetooth covers a fairly large 2 storey house with no problem. Expensive but definitely worth it. I wouldn't go back to corded headphones for work now.

Great product, ideal for home working
Good product, does the job. My caller can still hear noise but can not hear specifics, so that helps when working from home. The focus is on my voice and the background noise is less of a problem.I love the fact that I can connect both my phone and laptop to them.Wireless works great, I take calls in various rooms.Battery life is good about 2 days and it takes 3 h to recharge fully.Very pleased!

Good for teleconferences
Ok headset. Boom a little flimsy and will never stay in place with the headband magnet. Sound quality not great (very noticeable when listening to music, quite ok for voice). Microphone quality seems good. Noise cancellation for microphone seems to be passive (simply the microphone is sensitive to louder noises). No active noise cancellation as far as I can tell. The microphone boom is not really reversible - the manual says wear the headphones in reverse - well, this means that Left and Right audio will be reversed as well, this is not great.

Comfortable and easy to use.
These headphones were easy to use straight from the box. I wasn't sure whether to get the Microsoft ones since I mainly use MS Teams, but I went with the universal ones and they work beautifully with no problems at all. Great that you can get up, walk around, stretch etc. or pop into the room next door whilst in a meeting.Comfortable to wear for many hours, good battery life and the quality of the sound is very good - according to those on the other end of the calls! Very happy with the purchase.

A fail with a MacBook Pro - sadly
There is a lot to like about this headset but on my MacBook, I just cannot get it to work consistently - which is no good for professional use. Otherwise I liked pretty much everything else about it.- You have to use the dongle (and Jabra software) to get any quality out of this headset. Without it, you (and any recordings) just sound tinny. 24kbps on a quicktime test recording I did. With the dongle that went up to 48kbps.- That tinny sound continued when calling people when paired with my iPhone - obviously here you cannot use the dongle.- I found that I needed to change the output/input settings to the dongle to get this to work. It certainly wasn't automatic.- When I got it to work with one phonecall, the next it simply wouldn't work.- I could listen to music through the headphones, switch to make a FaceTime call and the headset disconnects itself from the dongle!! Reconnects when you end the call. It is trying to be too clever. Which is annoying because other bluetooth headphones I have work fine - if they just added Jabra's noise cancelling mic then everything would be sweet.- I updated the headset firmware and downloaded the Jabra software but that didn't help either.- I like the Jabra quality and will exchange this for a wired headset - I would have loved the freedom offered by the 65, but I can't justify a £50 premium for portability that is a constant gamble as to whether it works or not.- Hopefully it works better on windows.

Excellent investment if you spend a lot of time on conference calls.
It took me ages to decide whether to plump for these or the Evolve 75. In the end I went for these as I couldn’t justify the price difference for just ANC & I’m really pleased with my choice. It’s ridiculous how easy the headphones are to set up - just plug in the USB dongle & away you go.They are very comfortable to wear & the quality of the audio is great. I like how the microphone clicks into the headset when you’re not using it & contrary to other reviews I’ve found the magnetic strip works well. The headphones come with a nice, soft case to keep them safe when you’re not working. An absolute must if you’re working from home.

Good headphones. Sound is great
Don’t cancel all outside noise but that’s probably impossible. They cancel enough though. Nice and comfortable. Good connection. Could do with a mute button on the headset. Good product though.
