Do u need to wash your hair everyday

You can wash them but don't use shampoo everyday. Only use it if you have product in your hair.

Is this suitable for women? Doe this smell manly?

I’d say more suitable for shorter hair styles than long hair, so depending on hair length. Smell is not manly, it does smell great in my opinion. Every time I open the tub to use it, I find my self inhaling the scent a few times haha

Yes, it is a water-based clay. I guess you can wash it off with only water. I always use shampoo though.
